The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, is organizing its 6th International Private Education Conference. This event will bring together private education institutional leaders and practitioners, as well as representatives from companies devoted to education, to share knowledge, build relationships, and connect ideas with capital.

 

This year's theme, Rethinking Education, Shaping the Future, will highlight how innovation and technology in education delivery and results measurement are providing new tools for broadening access to education. There will also be robust and focused discussions on the role of private education in reducing the skills gap and increasing employment opportunities for young people. All these challenges need to be addressed to achieve the twin goals of ending poverty and boosting shared prosperity.
