The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and IIE have opened a Request for Proposals for a four-day Fulbright Seminar for Fulbright Master’s and Ph.D. students in fields of education. The Seminar, titled, "Educational Justice: Overcoming Barriers to Quality Education in the 21st Century Seminar," is designed to provide a forum for Fulbright students to critically examine efforts to extend access to quality education around the world.
