ILTA joined other supporters of the U.S. Coast Guard Foundation as a sponsor of the Foundation’s Annual Houston Awards Gala, on November 14. Other ILTA member companies also sponsoring the event included Phillips 66, Kinder Morgan, Intercontinental Terminals, Canal Barge, Marathon Petroleum, Enterprise Products, and Motiva. Coast Guard Commandant Admiral Karl Schultz and Vice Commandant Charles Ray attended to present this year’s awards. Honorees included Greg Garland, Chairman and CEO of Phillips 66, and Admiral Thad Allen USCG (Ret.), 23rd Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard.
