ILTA President Kathryn Clay opined on the Occupational and Safety Health Administration’s new interpretation of process safety management standards for certain butane blending in a January 17 piece in BIC Magazine’s online edition. This new interpretation of the standard has the potential to greatly impact terminals and gasoline prices. Kathryn also provided on a more in-depth guest column for BIC Magazine’s March print edition to more fully explain the situation.
