About 65% of ILTA terminal members in a recent survey said they have begun transitioning employees—both in the field and in the office—back to normal shifts, albeit with accommodations and safeguards in place to protect workers. About 35% of members participating in ILTA’s COVID-19 Return-To-Work Survey said they had not made that transition. Masks, temperature checks, employee questionnaires and HVAC and equipment changes were all tools terminals were using to protect workers. Nearly 40 members participated in the survey, or about half of the ILTA terminal members.
