Developed by the Yale School of Medicine, this document is designed for workers to share with their medical providers, ensuring they recieve the proper medical surveillance required by OSHA.
If an employee is exposed to RCS at or above the action level for 30 or more days per year, employers must provide medical exams and testing at no cost. Keeping your team informed and proactive about their health is essential for workplace safety and compliance.
