Patrick Daley Retires, Richard Malone Joins mba as Director

Morten Beyer & Agnew ("mba") bids farewell to Patrick Daley as he retires following 16 years of service. Throughout Daley’s career, he has been instrumental in the development and growth of mba’s audit division, including the expansion into the BARS and SMS arenas. mba’s team is unanimous in their recognition and appreciation for Daley’s contributions and the knowledge and expertise he provided to the firm. He will remain a consultant for mba.

With Daley’s retirement, mba welcomes Richard Malone as Director of Audits and Safety Training. In his role as director, Malone is responsible for the continued development, management, and administration of mba’s audit and training programs.

Malone began his career with the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and flight engineer instructor and examiner. He has held All Check Airman and Instructor Flight Engineer positions with a variety of airlines, including Gemini Air Cargo, Omni Air International, and Kelowna Flight Craft. Most recently, Malone served as the Safety Assurance, Internal Evaluation Program Manager for Southern Air, Inc.

Malone possesses over 25 years of aviation industry experience, including over 7,500 Flight Hours on transport, military, and Part 121 aircraft. He is a qualified FAA Flight Engineer, and a licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic.
