Airbus challenges students worldwide to innovate for the future of aviation. Airbus is constantly looking for new, better ways to fly, and that is what the UNESCO-backed global competition is all about.

 

GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, recently announced delivery of three new Boeing 777-300ERs to China Airlines to expand the airline’s fleet.

 

Together with DVB’s heads of research, the company has developed and published a series of 18 research videos covering various aspects of international transport finance.

 

The company has taken delivery of the first aircraft, MSN 434, and the remaining aircraft will be delivered through the end of 2014 and subsequently remarketed by the GA Telesis Asset Transaction Group (ATG).

 

Boeing has signed a memorandum of agreement with leading composite supplier Toray Industries to expand its current contract for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner to include the 777X wings. Once finalized, the long-term contract extension will take effect in 2015 and meet Boeing's customer affordability goals through the Partnering for Success program.
