Joseph Nadol, an active ISTAT member and a J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. managing director was among the six people killed when a Metro-North Railroad train collided with a SUV in Westchester County, New York in February. He was 42. ISTAT has established a special scholarship fund in his memory, and members may donate online at the Foundation website, or mail a check to the ISTAT offices marked Attn: Joseph Nadol Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The time before going to bed is critical to ensure that one closes out the day that has passed, plans for the day ahead, but it is also critical that the mind is calmed so that one has a restful sleep.Too many successful executives get this wrong.
