The popularity of ISTAT Asia continues to grow each year, making 2015 the best yet. The fifth annual event achieved record-breaking attendance with more than 500 attendees. The conference took place from 10-12 May at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia, Singapore. Airlink has partnered with nonprofit partners Afya Foundation, AmeriCares, and Samaritan’s Purse, airline partner Qatar Airways, and logistics partner LIFT to ship material aid to Kathmandu in response to the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Nepal on 25 April 2015. GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, recently announced delivery of a new leased Airbus A321 aircraft to Air China. The aircraft is part of GECAS’ existing order book with Airbus.
