Nov. 6, 2014, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.: The University of Richmond is in the process of constructing a suite-style residence hall and a student apartment village, with a projected August 2014 opening. Thus far, all is proceeding smoothly, according to the plan. The development of the master plan is a narrative of the successful collaboration among three major university departments (housing, dining, facilities), and a study in how to strategically allocate funds in excess of $85 million. We will share our process for this undertaking, discuss lessons learned, and tour our new housing units. Please join your colleagues on Friday, November 7, 2014, for this free NACAS East event.
