On The Road: University of Richmond
November 6, 2014, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.: The University of Richmond is in the process of constructing a suite-style residence hall and a student apartment village, with a projected August 2014 opening. Thus far, all is proceeding smoothly, according to the plan.

The development of the master plan is a narrative of the successful collaboration among three major university departments (housing, dining, and facilities), and a study on how to strategically allocate funds in excess of $85 million. The process for this undertaking, a discussion of lessons learned, and a tour our new housing units will be shared.
