Annual Business Meeting Recap

The Annual Business Meeting of the Association was conducted in Indianapolis at the Annual Conference on Tuesday, October 11th. At this meeting, the board of directors and membership voted to approve the 2017 budget and amended proposed changes to the Association's By-Laws. The new slate of officers were also voted on and approved: Mike Ellis (Vice President), Carlos Garcia (Treasurer), and Gheretta Harris, CASP (At-Large Member). Kelsey Harmon Finn, NACAS CEO, also introduced the new National Office staff to the group, including Hans Weichhart (Director of Administration), Corey Salem (Director of Member Engagement), Kennedy Turner (Director of Business Development), Austin Bingler (Educational Programs Coordinator), Ben Blohowiak (Technology Coordinator), and Beatrice "Esi" Yarney (Accounting Assistant).
