NACAS CEO Says Association Poised to Move Forward NACAS CEO Kelsey Finn said during the Annual Business Meeting that the State of the Association has been one of transition over the past year, but she believes the organization is poised to move ahead and serve its members well in the future.
Finn, who is nearing her first-year anniversary as CEO, told attendees at the NACAS Annual Business Meeting that the association is focused on finding more ways to meet the needs of its members, including webinars and institutes.
"We really are moving forward for the future of our organization," Finn said.
"As I mentioned in my opening comments of the conference, we really are in a time when higher ed is changing, and I do believe as auxiliary professionals we have the ability to impact that in a positive way in revenue, from student engagement, and the services we provide in the college experience," Finn said. "I'm hopeful that you're all on board, and we're going to do this together, and in a few years we'll be doing amazing things."
Finn praised the new staff in the national office, and encouraged NACAS members to reach out and share any ideas or concerns.
"We're here to listen to you and make this your organization," Finn said.
