CASP is the signature program that invites you to meet a distinguished career milestone in your industry. It demonstrates your expertise as an Auxiliary Services leader – giving you the confidence to apply for promotions, forge business partnerships, and make transformative decisions to benefit your campus community.

Start your journey to obtaining a CASP certification by knowing how to prepare. If you have already started preparations, there have been some recent updates to the exam. Since the program’s launch five years ago, industry practices have shifted and the Certification Commission has aligned the exam content to match the 2015 Work Analysis of our members.

Effective February 2017, the following content is covered on the CASP exam:

  • Management
  • Leadership
  • Marketing, Communications and Business Relations
  • Student Services
  • Operational Areas: Food Services, Bookstores/Commercial Retail, Card Services, Physical Facilities, Automated vending

NACAS looks to CASP designees to lead our association through shifting conditions – as well as inspire on-campus change that improves the quality of life for students, now and for future generations.

Apply for CASP and lead with NACAS.
