Last month, NACAS held the Institute for Managers in conjunction with FedEx Office in New Orleans, Louisiana. What an incredible event!  The intensive learning experience combined small group seminars, operational knowledge opportunities, case study work, and group presentations that helped attendees gain valuable leadership and management skills. Thanks to all volunteers and attendees that made this event possible!
