Student Author Contest Submissions Due Tomorrow!

FIRST PRIZE: $1,000
SECOND PRIZE: $600
THIRD PRIZE: $400
 
This year's topic is STUDENT SUCCESS. Students are asked to address one or both of the following questions in their essays:
  • How does your job in a campus-services department (bookstore, housing, dining, etc.) prepare you for life after college?
  • What are some creative ways your college or university generates money to help keep the cost of tuition down?
Requirements: 
Length: 1,000 - 1,500 words
Each entry must include at least one picture of subject matter and one picture of the author
Submissions are due TOMORROW, April 12, 2019. 
 
Here's what you can do to help promote the contest: 
  • Forward this email to your student employees or anyone who manages student employment on your campus. 
  • Follow NACAS on Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn so you can like and share our posts about the contest on social media.  
  • Post our flyer on message boards around your campus. 
  • Share information about the contest in campus-wide e-blasts to your student populations so all students have an opportunity to participate.
