"We’ve had an overwhelming response of students to join the camp," said Fred Geib, general manager of operations at AU. "We actually had enough students on the waiting list to do another session." Students received two days of instruction and hands-on experience in the kitchen, then putting their knowledge to the test cooking for their friends and family on the final day of camp.
"These young chefs prepared meals that included plates such as pasta, carved beef, cookies, tarts and many more dishes," Geib said.
