Monthly Feature
On your campus, you and your colleagues work hard to break new ground, implement innovation, and achieve success. Now it is time to honor these achievements by nominating yourself or someone you know for a NACAS award. Your nominations make our community a better place and ensure excellence is promoted.
Call for Volunteers is now open! We are accepting submissions for 2020-2021 volunteer role vacancies. Nominate yourself or a colleague for one of the open national or regional board positions, or volunteer to serve on a NACAS committee! The deadline is July 1 for Board Positions and August 14 for Committee Positions.
Current Events
Participate in the annual NACAS Benchmarking program to gain access to the interactive reporting tool that will help you learn how industry peers are establishing the mark and how your campus can get on the same page. Members should be receiving emails from Vault (research@vaultconsulting.com) to input their school's data (Fiscal Year 2018 and Fiscal Year 2019). This data will be critical to measure the impact of COVID-19 in future years. In order to access the Benchmarking Dashboard, you must first submit your school’s data through the survey sent from Vault. Members have until May 22nd to input their Benchmarking data.
Check out this video from our NACAS CEO, Kelsey Harmon Finn, as she discusses the benefits of participating in the Benchmarking study.

NACAS Foundation
The Campus Care Grant awards up to $25,000 annually to programs or services that address basic needs issues for students on college and university campuses. This year, in response to the global pandemic, the NACAS Foundation is encouraging more submissions that fall between the $2,000 - $5,000 range, anticipating that many institutions will have new funding needs associated with COVID-19 and student wellness. The deadline to apply is July 31.

In his final months as the NACAS CEO, Dr. Bob Hassmiller generously donated funds that would provide scholarship opportunities for worthy CASP candidates. This scholarship opportunity acknowledges the difficult financial time for higher education and the importance of CASP to the future of higher education. The Hassmiller CASP Scholarship is funded by the NACAS Foundation and provides $650 to cover the cost of the application fee OR travel costs associated with taking the exam.
