Picture this – a quiet urban setting with tall pines, soft breeze and rustic comfort. The silence breaks, there is a flurry of activities, last-minute finishing touches and everything is perfect. The results are amazing! Arterra Event Gallery, where every event is a work of art, hosted the 6th annual Field 2 Table – Reimagined.
The evening began with passed hors d’oeuvres created from local ingredients and wine from a local vineyard. The gallery featured an open air market display featuring the diversity of Lawrence vendors. Field 2 Table’s sustainable goal is 90 percent of the ingredients come from within a 100 mile radius of the venue. Arterra exceeded that goal by sourcing 90 percent of the ingredients within 25 miles of the venue.
Served between the soil and the sky and family style, the food was amazing and the conversations with old and new friends priceless.
