WEC Motivates KCMPI President-Elect

WEC is a conference full of ideas, information, guidance, and inspiration. I’m so glad that I was able to attend this year’s World Education Conference held in Minneapolis. The speakers were real people that each had their own story that led them to be successful. Most were from the business world, but one that really stood out to me was Ashley Darkenwald who spoke about wellness, family health, spiritual health and personal fitness. I needed and still need more of what she was saying! I bought her book there on Living Wellness and would recommend to anyone to check out her web site at www.AshleyDarkenwald.com. Her story is amazing and motivating.
Actually, motivating is what WEC was all about for me. The sessions made me want to get to work, to find ways to help others, my KCMPI and my own personal life. My trip to WEC was made possible by KCMPI, and I hope to put the motivating factors I received at WEC to work here in our chapter. If next year you get a chance to attend, please DO! You will enjoy the conference and I’m sure you will bring back to your daily life an inspired new you.
