I grew up in the Kansas City area and moved to Harrisonville when I got married in 2010. I enjoy fishing with my husband and 15 year old step-son, and I have a goofy dog and a cat that thinks he’s the king of the universe. I’ve been involved in the hospitality industry all my life. I have a B.S. degree in Broadcasting and Film and a Master’s in Hospitality Management. I’ve worked the event planning side, the site selection side, and am back on the event planning side. I am a previous member of KCMPI, and am happy my job duties have expanded to allow me to rejoin the Chapter!

I was born and raised in Palm Springs, Calif., for 30 years. I have lived in the KC area for six years now. I’m a huge sports fan, and although I follow the teams I grew up watching, Angles, Dodgers, etc., the local teams here in KC are starting to grow on me. I also enjoy traveling, riding motorcycles, camping, fishing, I guess most of the activities you would find at Bass Pro Shops. I have an 8-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes, more than any job has. I help run an audio-visual company that is growing quite rapidly, from the finances to sales tactics, I basically oversee the operations of it, and absolutely love it. I enjoy the industry, meeting the people and, most importantly, developing good friendships.
