Kentucky Spotlight
KHA had an outstanding legislative session this year. All of our priority bills passed unanimously and were then signed by the Governor! This success was made possible through the collective efforts of the members and your assistance in contacting your local legislators.
Please review the 2019 Kentucky General Assembly Final Report for Hospitals, which contains a summary of KHA’s priority bills, including a detailed description of HB 320 which will provide supplemental Medicaid payments to hospitals.
