MDL Doors Inc. Embarks on its next Phase of Growth
Established in 1984, MDL Doors is now one of the largest pre-hanging facilities in Canada - supplying quality doors and exceptional service to retail lumber yards and window and door specialists throughout Ontario. This success can be directly attributed to the core values of integrity and respect which are deeply entrenched throughout the company. Addressing the entire staff and management during a meeting held at their Brussels facility, Mervin advised that over the next six months he will transition the day-to-day responsibilities of running the company from himself, as the current President/General Manager, to the management team. Mervin will continue to be instrumental in key strategic roles. As the company matured, the management expertise needed to maintain the level of excellence expected from MDL Doors was instilled over the last three years. The key priorities of the company are continued growth and providing quality doors and service to their loyal customers. Mr. Lichty stated, "For the company to continue to grow and succeed, we need to make changes and this change will create an opportunity for MDL Doors to move to the next level.
