Roland Boulanger & Co. Ltd Acquires Produits Forestiers J.V. Inc.
 Roland Boulanger & Co. Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Produits Forestiers J.V. Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of wood mouldings and components. Founded by Mr. Jean Veilleux and headquartered in the St-Nicolas district of Lévis, Quebec, the company has 75 employees working in two plants and annual revenues of $14 million distributed between Quebec and Ontario. "This transaction will allow Boulanger to maximize its sawing and drying operations while remaining competitive in international sourcing," said Alexis Boulanger, President and CEO of the Boulanger Group. Produits Forestiers J.V. Inc. will operate independently and continue to serve its existing customer base. Vincent Veilleux will remain in his current position of general manager and will join the Boulanger Group’s management team. Roland Boulanger & Co.
