Taiga Chooses New Manufacturing Partners for EWP Supply in Canada
 Taiga is pleased to advise that they have chosen new manufacturing partners for EWP supply in Canada. Through these new partnerships, they will source products closer to their respective market regions, while continuing to emphasize and support Taiga’s market leading distribution structure. In Eastern Canada, Taiga will align with Boise Cascade Engineered Wood Products. Boise Cascade, as one of North America’s largest EWP manufacturers, offers a full line of solid sawn I Joists manufactured in Western New Brunswick. LVL flange I joists and LVL solid sections are manufactured in Louisiana. Boise Cascade’s unique manufacturing model includes production of an "Inventory SKU Level System" as opposed to "Order File". This model will decrease the turn-around time from order to delivery. The BC EWP product line offered will be in all the dimensional sizes and grades you are currently familiar with and is easily cross referenced for compatibility. Your Taiga and Boise representatives, as always, are there for assistance. In Western Canada, Taiga will continue its partnership with Pinkwood, providing a full line of quality I-Joists. For LVL, they are pleased to announce their transition to West Fraser, located in Alberta. West Fraser is a highly regarded premier manufacturer of Laminated Veneer Lumber.
