TIMBER MART Member Receives WRLA's Greatest Honour

TIMBER MART member and president of L.B.H. Building Centre Inc., Doug Lemieux, has been recognized for his years of dedication to the LBM industry, the development of his local community and the support of various not-for-profit organizations, including the WRLA.

Since 1970 this award has been presented to individuals who have deserved and received the respect of employees, members, competitors and suppliers in the building materials industry and who have contributed their time and energy to their community and the Western Retail Lumber Association.

"I am honored and very excited to have been chosen to receive this award," said Doug Lemieux, president of L.B.H. Building Centre.

Mr. Lemieux will be presented with the 2016 WRLA Industry Achievement Award during the 2017 WRLA Buying Show’s Closing Night Party on January 20, 2017 in Calgary, AB.

TIMBER MART Strengthens Commercial Arm in Atlantic Canada
New member, City Drywall Ltd (City Drywall), located in Notre-Dame, NB, a gypsum-and-roofing specialty dealer, joined the group to buy better and build new vendor relationships.

In business since 1973, City Drywall specializes in the sale of drywall, blue board, roofing, insulation T-bar and steel studs, as well as ceiling tiles and accessories and serves contractors, home builders and consumers in the Moncton area from their four warehouses and retail space which house over 40 full and part-time staff year round.
