Located in Sydney, Nova Scotia, building material dealer, Seaboard Industrial Supply Company Ltd. (Seaboard TIMBER MART) joins TIMBER MART to benefit from the group’s national buying power, vendor relationships and freedom to operate independently.

Seaboard Industrial Supply Company (now, Seaboard TIMBER MART) has been serving the communities of Cape Breton Island since 1958. Today, the business offers the contractors and commercial builders of the region, a wide variety of products including power and hand tools, fasteners, mechanical and power equipment, construction products, work clothing and footwear, maintenance and cleaning supplies and safety and fire protection. The company employs approximately 18 staff year-round who work out of Seaboard TIMBER MART’s 20,000-square-foot building which encompasses a showroom and warehouse that stocks over 16,000 SKUs.
