TIM-BR MART Group Consolidates Victoriaville and Rivière-du-Loup Facilities Into London and St-Nicolas
BROSSARD, QC, November 26, 2014 – TIM-BR MART Group (TIM-BR MART) announced today that it will close its distribution centres in Victoriaville and Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec and consolidate the distribution centres’ inventory and services into the Group’s London, Ontario and St. Nicolas, Quebec facilities. The consolidation will take approximately four months to complete and result in increased operational efficiencies and cost reductions for Chalifour Canada, TIM-BR MART Group’s hardware and building material distributor.

This new operational footprint will provide a business model that will meet and exceed our customers’ needs now and in the future."
The consolidation will affect 120 Chalifour employees who will be supported by an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) throughout the duration of the closures.
