Castle Building Centres Group Ltd has announced that their first new member location in 2019 is Maple Country Home & Farm, Inverary, Ontario in Frontenac County. They have been serving the local area since 2016 and are known as the community’s “go-to” home improvement and building material supplier.
As an independent building supply retailer, owners Kevin and Suzanne Bovey often had challenges sourcing special products; they needed access to a larger network of suppliers and more competitive pricing. When deciding on a buying group, they wanted to maintain their independence and the well-respected brand of service and expertise they had created over the years.
Their decision to join Castle came down to the strong relationships Castle has with their vendor network and the freedom to run their business. They were especially impressed by the support they received throughout the transition from their new business development manager.
“When comparing buying groups, we found that Castle offered the widest range of products and had the strongest relationships with many great suppliers. Having access to almost anything that the consumer is looking for will help us to provide better service to our customers.” Kevin Bovey, Owner.
The store is in the midst of rebranding to Castle and Kevin and Suzanne are planning a Grand Opening celebration in May with a community barbeque.
“Castle is proud of the long-standing relationships we have cultivated with our vendor partners and recognize their contributions to our members’ success. We welcome Maple Country Home and Farm to the Castle family.” Ken Jenkins, Castle President.
