If you’re doing your taxes yourself and want an Express NOA, you must:
- be registered for My Account,
- be registered for online mail, and
- be using a NETFILE-certified software
If you’re getting someone to help you do your taxes, ask them for an Express NOA. Authorize a tax preparer or family member/friend to be your representative and have them follow the steps for Who can use Express NOA?
