On Wednesday, February 8, 2017 MCA Canada’s President, Del Pawliuk, accompanied by MCA Canada Associate Member Mr. Dan Leduc of the law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, testified before the Banking Trade and Commerce Senate committee on Bill S-224: Canada Prompt Payment Act. The Bill has passed through first and second reading and is now in front of the committee.
