Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Membership of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada

Meeting Chair: MCAC President, Wayne Davidson - Davidson Bros Mechanical Contractors Ltd.
The Meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. to receive and consider the consolidated financial statements of MCA Canada for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2021,
2. to appoint the auditors for the ensuing year,
3. to conduct elections for the Board of Directors,
4. the approval of the action of the Board during the preceding year.
The Agenda will be available on the MCAC website in the Members' Area and during the Annual General Meeting.
