Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors – or VRCs – offer one of the most efficient ways of moving heavy materials up or down between two or more fixed levels. A VRC is a type of conveyor that typically travels between one to ten stories carrying loads of up to 200,000 pounds at varying speeds. VRCs are gaining popularity in the material handling industry because of their cost effectiveness, safety features, and ability to optimize operations.

Leadership
Leaders in business have the ability to drive employee innovation by improving their experience at work. Employees that are excited to come to work, feel fairly treated and feel they are doing something valuable for their organization are more likely to offer great ideas. Before you can create an environment where innovation can thrive, you must understand how your employees feel.
Supply Chain Trends

Remember the days when supply chain remained behind the scenes, operating mostly without the public’s awareness? Since the disruption COVID-19 has brought to supply chains in both large and small retail organizations, consumers have increased their demands out of necessity including fast shipping, advanced e-commerce options, curbside pickup — not to mention a seamless user experience. If a retail organization has fallen behind in supply chain technology and operations, the consumer knows.
The organizations whose supply chains were aggressive about pre-pandemic investments in the digital technologies that enable them to serve e-commerce customers prove to be the most successful at weathering the coronavirus storm.
