PFAS Reporting Rules under TSCA: Impact on Supply Chain
Big changes are coming for manufacturers and importers with the EPA’s latest rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), which aims to address per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
