MHI recently released the list of finalists for the 2025 MHI Innovation Awards. ProMat 2025 exhibitors submitted their most innovative supply chain equipment and technology solutions. After receiving 234 submissions, finalists were chosen as the most innovative products in four categories based on concept, value, and supply chain impact.

This year, ProMat 2025 brings you a dynamic mix of topics, from the latest in data and AI to insights from a legendary sports figure. Former athlete-turned-coach and ProMat 2025 keynote speaker Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders is making headlines in the world of college football with his electric coaching style, unapologetic humor, and refreshing sincerity. Known as “Prime Time” during his playing days, Sanders wasn’t just flashy—he made history as the first athlete to play in both the World Series and the Super Bowl.
The StartUp Pavilion is a specialized area at the front of ProMat’s Lakeside Hall show floor where companies showcase emerging supply chain tech and innovation. It’s the place to connect with trailblazing entrepreneurs, experience live demos, and witness the future taking shape right before your eyes. There will be a StartUp Pitch Contest on March 18 from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. The StartUp Theater boasts a comprehensive schedule of educational sessions from industry experts on the latest supply chain innovation.

ProMat Insights
ProMat is a huge show with 3 show floors, 1,200 exhibits, 4 keynotes and over 200 educational sessions. Don’t try to tackle it without a plan - and some comfortable shoes! Thankfully, it’s never been easier to plan your agenda so you can focus on getting the most out of the show by having adequate time to see the equipment and tech and attend the educational sessions of interest to you. The ProMat My Show Planner allows you to do just that, and your plan will automatically be transferred to the ProMat app for efficient on-site use. You must be registered to use the planner, so if you have not registered yet, register now to utilize this important show resource.
ProMat 2025 offers a variety of on-site resources for attendees including shuttle service between McCormick Place and all ProMat hotels, mobility scooters, nursing stations, a quiet room, interpreters, a coat/bag check and meeting pods.
After a full day of learning, networking, and soaking in the energy of the trade show floor, nothing hits the spot like a great meal. The event will be held on March 17 at The Game Room, located on the second floor of the Chicago Athletic Association, and will feature food, drinks and classic games like shuffleboard, foosball, and billiards.
