It’s time for supply chain professionals to gather for the biggest innovation event of 2025. ProMat 2025 is where the industry comes together to experience what’s new and what’s next from the exhibits of 1,200 leading solution providers, four keynotes and over 200 educational sessions.

Attendee registration hours:
Monday-Wednesday – 8 AM to 5 PM
Thursday – 8 AM to 12 PM

If you pre-registered for ProMat 2025, you should have received your registration confirmation email when you registered. Bring it to a registration kiosk when you arrive at McCormick Place. There are pre-registered badge pick up counters located in registration in the South Building room S102; in the Lakeside Building in the lobby of level 2; and in the North Hall lobby on level 3.

If you did not pre-register, you can still register to attend at no cost. Proceed to one of the main registration counters in South Building, Level 1, Room S102 or Lakeside Building, Level 2 lobby. There is also a smaller registration area in the North Hall lobby on level 3. Lost badges may be replaced at Main registration.

Each day, a video crew will be interviewing keynotes, talking to exhibitors, getting feedback from attendees and sharing their view of the action at ProMat.
 
The videos will be emailed out daily, or you can access the MHIview ProMat 2025 channel to catch up on what you missed or to see the latest clips.

Held on Monday, March 17 from 12 PM - 5 PM in the S406 Vista Ballroom, the Women in Supply Chain event at ProMat 2025 is designed to help you reset, refocus and reconnect with your career passion.

Burnout is an increasing challenge for many professionals. When you work in the supply chain where long hours are standard and deadline pressure is amplified, it can be helpful to take measures to guard against burnout. Taylor Elyse Morrison, a speaker and coach who helps people create more fulfilling work days, will help you recognize the signs of burnout. Separate registration and fee is required.

Complimentary shuttle buses will run between McCormick Place and all designated ProMat show hotels every day of the show. Bus schedules will be posted in each show hotel and at McCormick Place. Shuttles will not operate for hotels within walking distance.
