Creating a truly inclusive environment involves being aware of the many dimensions of diversity: gender, religion, race, marital status, ethnicity, parental status, age, education, physical and mental health, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, occupation, language, geographic location and beyond.
During this session, we will gather in small groups for honest conversations about our experiences in working with diverse groups and share recommendations on how to promote awareness and acknowledgement of inclusive environments within our organizations and communities.
This discussion is open to all current and future members. Space is limited to allow for an open, active and engaging dialogue in a judgment-free space.
