Over the next several months, the You Belong Committee will be sharing what we call "The DEI Minute" — which is quick hits of information and content designed to help our chapter level-set our collective diversity, equity and inclusion knowledge. Equity
Workplace equity is when focus is placed on the chapter members’ individualistic needs. A natural byproduct of a diverse workplace is that differences exist. Equity requires that we acknowledge that everyone has different needs, experiences and opportunities.
