After more than a year apart, we are so excited to gather together, safely and in-person, with our MPI Southern California family and friends at the beautiful Terranea Resort.

Each year our MPI community comes together for the World Education Congress (WEC), and with what our industry has experienced over the past year and a half, this year’s event held even more significance in reuniting around what the future of meetings looks like – and of course, having some fun while we were at it!
Over 1,800 meeting planners gathered in Las Vegas and online June 14-17, with the majority attending in-person. It was my first time attending WEC, and boy, was I in for a treat.

I recently attended an interesting MPISCC Chapter Chat, looking back on their accomplishments and challenges during one of the chapter’s most difficult years, and ahead at what to expect for the new chapter-term taking place this July.
