As COVID-19 concerns continue to evolve, there may not be goverment restrictions specific enough to enact a force majeure event to reschedule or end entirely.
Monitoring chat conversation, examining engagement times, and measuring particiaption in polls are all ways to measure virtual event engagement.
COVID-19 forced the industry to adapt new planning strategy for events during the pandemic. As more events offer in-person options, the industry will need to implement post-pandemic strategy.
