The volunteers who work to drive value for you as a member are asking for your feedback!

WHAT: The annual Membership and Chapter Satisfaction Survey was first initiated in 2002. It is our most important tool for gaining insights into what you, our members, want from your membership.

WHY: The feedback you provide helps guide the efforts of the volunteers who work to serve you as a member. Participation guarantees that every member’s voice is heard and helps shape
the future of our community, both as a Chapter and as a Global organization.

WHEN: On Tuesday, July 30, each MPI member should have received an email from MPI Global with the subject line: “Your Invitation to MPI’s Annual Satisfaction Survey”.

You have until August 20 at11:59 CDT to complete the survey and be entered for a chance to WIN! (more on that in a moment).

HOW: The email will contain your unique URL to complete the 2024 Membership and Chapter Satisfaction Survey. This link allows you to log in without inputting your credentials.

WIN: All members who complete their survey before the end date will be entered into a draw for a $100 Amazon Gift Card! MPI Toronto Chapter members will also be entered into a separate draw for 1 of 2 $100 MPI Membership renewal discounts!

If you don’t see the survey email, check your Spam or Junk folder, as your organization’s filters may have flagged it. If you did not receive a link, have issues accessing the link, or experience difficulties while taking the survey, please send an email to feedback@mpi.org.
