A full day of Professional Development – two PD sessions, two different topics and the opportunity to obtain 6 CEU clock hours (3 per session).Sessions will be led by Jackie Mulligan, who has led three major global research projects for Meeting Professionals International (MPI) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Meetings and Hospitality Industry, the Future of Meetings and Strategic Meetings Management and supported the UK Economic Impact Study for the meetings industry.
Morning Session – Meeting Generations – Social Game Changers in Meeting Design
The session will engage participants in using the latest generational research findings from the MPI Future of Meetings study to construct the delegates of the future and inspire new thinking on how to approach meeting design and communication.
Afternoon Session – Learning How to Future Think – Building Scenarios and Innovation into Your Business
Planners will get to work with some of the future scenarios used in research and see the research results tracking the responses of delegates to these future predictions to help industry professionals to lead the way with new products and service developments.
