Professional Development "Disney Style" Followed by Signature Series Event Featuring Doug Bolger and Learn2 – February 18

Come and experience the "magic" of employee engagement, retention and culture as the Professional Development Committee welcomes the Disney Institute to the next workshop on Thursday, February 18 at the Westin Prince Hotel.  

There will be three sessions where you can earn 2 CE Credits in Domain E: Human Resources.  Sarah McVanel from Greatness Magnified will lead us in discussions around creating retention among your employees through recognition and relationships and then how to engage employees to collaborate through a focused leadership approach.

After a short break, Dee Byrnes from The Walt Disney Company will provide attendees with an inside look at how Disney engages their employees to allow extraordinary experiences for employees, clients and attendees.  

Following the conclusion of the workshops, stick around for the Signature Series where Doug Bolger and his team from Learn2 will be leading us in an exciting engagement activity that is bound to leave you with some new found ideas to take back to the workplace.
