MPI World Education Congress (WEC)

Toronto chapter members attending the WEC in Las Vegas were hosted to a reception prior to the opening session, sponsored by Meetings + Conventions Calgary and AV-CANADA. It was a nice way to kick-off the WEC and connect with fellow chapter members. This was particularly good for those who were attending the WEC for the first time as it can be quite overwhelming.

There are always some new and interesting ideas that come out of the WEC. This year there was The Farm, which had a growing wall of lettuce that was picked and served in a small salad to each of the small groups that gathered for an information session. Definitely fresh!
