For those of you that have been lucky enough to have been mentored or be a mentor yourself, you know for a fact that Mentorship Matters. Having experienced this myself, I have been able to "pay it forward" by sharing leadership and knowledge with new industry members and peers alike. Mentoring can apply to anyone at any stage in your professional life.
This is why the MPI Toronto Chapter - MPI²’s mission is to provide mentoring opportunities to all members of MPI Toronto Chapter to share and expand their knowledge of leadership skills, management practices, ethics, and industry practices.
