NAFA's Chapter members had the opportunity to cut loose and take in the Chapter Recognition Luncheon yesterday as part of I&E's opening day festivities!
NAFA Vice President for Canada Michael Cole and the 2016 I&E Arrangements Chair Jennifer Walls, CAFM®, got the party started with a variation of the Chapter Recognition Luncheon Parade, giving each chapter from each of NAFA's chapter regions a chance to strut on the general sessions stage.
During the celebration, NAFA's Smartest Chapter was announced. The formula of how the smartest chapter was determined.
• 5 points for every CAFM® graduate in the chapter
• 4 points for every CAFS® graduate in the chapter
• And 2 points for every person currently participating in the CAFM®/CAFS® program from the chapter
So... drumroll please ... For 2016, NAFA’s Smartest Chapter is... the Puget Sound Chapter!
Afterward, the Chapters had a lively round of trivia led by NAFA Senior Vice President Bryan Flansburg, CAFM®! A terrific time was had by all and the event was a tremendous kickoff to the I&E networking festivities!
A big thank you to this year's Chapter Sponsors!
