100 Best Fleets Founder Tom Johnson Presents Awards

On Thursday morning on the third day of NAFA's I&E, Tom C. Johnson,
Founder of The 100 Best Fleets announced the rankings for 2016.
The 100 Best Fleets number one position belongs to Ventura County, California, and was represented on the stage by their Fleet Operations Manager Peter Bednar.
Johnson also presented the special Windell T. Mitchell Memorial Award
to David Dunn, Fleet and Facilities Division Manager, City of Orlando, Florida, for excellence in the fleet profession.
Congratulations again to Peter and David for their winning efforts.
