NAFA's Institute & Expo: Be Aware Of Our "No Conflict" Policy

NAFA's 2016 Institute & Expo is just around the corner, and we trust you're ready to exchange your ideas with colleagues, make new business partners, and have a lot of fun doing so!

Everyone at NAFA will do everything we can to ensure you have an enjoyable and valuable experience. As the conference is just weeks away, you may now be receiving invitations to meetings and events beyond NAFA's scheduled program.

These opportunities are important for you but, in the interest of fairness to everyone involved at the conference, please keep in mind the following established I&E policy: NAFA requests that companies and groups refrain from scheduling events which conflict with our exposition or session hours. In kind, NAFA requests that conference registrants be mindful of this policy.

NAFA provides many opportunities for groups and companies to network within the framework of the I&E. NAFA's program is open on Customer Appreciation Night (Thursday, April 21) at the request of companies that sponsor invitation-only receptions and dinners for their customers.

We believe this year's conference will be beneficial to every fleet professional and service provider alike. NAFA appreciates your trust in the Association and ask that you are mindful of this policy so we can make the 2016 I&E the very best yet.

If you have any questions regarding this, please contact NAFA Director of Meetings and Events Tina Lynn Mercardo at tmercardo@nafa.org (609-986-1050).

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. We look forward to seeing you at I&E!
