NAFA Past President Claude Masters, CAFM®, Earns Distinguished Service Award

Claude Masters, CAFM®, with NAFA Vice Presidents Joseph LaRosa and Jeffrey Jeter

The honoree for 2016's Distinguished Service Award, Claude Masters, CAFM®, recently retired from Florida Power and Light, but his legacy is evident in NAFA's convictions and continued efforts in fleet sustainability. He is previously a winner of the 2015 Member of the Year.

As one of the principal forces behind NAFA’s Sustainable Fleet Accreditation Program, Claude brought his knowledge and passion for fleet and cleaner, more efficient practices together.

During his term as NAFA President, from 2013 to 2015, NAFA made tremendous strides in our government affairs activities, another personal passion of his.

Claude stepped down as Immediate Past President later in 2015 to enjoy his retirement. Though it all, Claude has been one of NAFA's most persuasive spokespeople, and one of the most knowledgeable and personable within the entire fleet profession.

Congratulations, Claude on your well-deserved recognition!
